Delete Your Account

You can delete your ToneSeed account and associated data at any time. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete from within the app

1. Open ToneSeed on your device.
2. Go to Settings (the gear icon).
3. Tap Account.
4. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your personal data will be permanently erased from our cloud servers, and local data on your device will be cleared during the deletion process.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us from the address associated with your account: support@toneseed.app. Please use the subject "Account deletion request". We will process your request within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What data is deleted

• Account information (email address and authentication credentials).
• Training and progress data synced to our cloud (exercise results, achievements, practice routines, and any content you added).
• Preferences synced to your account.

What data may be retained

An anonymized audit record of the deletion may be retained for security purposes. Aggregated and anonymized usage analytics that cannot be linked back to you may also be retained.
